Having developed his expertise with John German over 20 years with 15 of these as a Partner there are few people in the industry who have such a breadth of experience in residential sales and valuations.

The Aidan J Reed brand developed into North West Leicestershire through a partnership with Andrew Johnson BSc(Hons) MRICS (formerly of John German) where since opening in January 2008 they have become the No. 2 Agent in the town and surrounding villages of Ashby. The team at Ashby is headed by Office Manager Jackie Hazell with over 20 years of sales experience in Ashby assisted by her colleagues Emma Swain and Emily Beard. They are committed to providing outstanding service for clients who are buying and selling property as well as landlords and tenants who are renting.

Professional Lettings operates out of the village of Quorn and is driven by James Etty (BA MARLA) along with the help of a team of 9 other experienced professionals dedicated to property lettings and management

Student Lettings, have an office based at 100 Ashby Road, Loughborough and is driven by Chris Bentley (BA) along with a team of 3 other experienced professionals dedicated to student property lettings and management.
