Aidan Bsc MRICS FNAEA
Aidan left Nottingham Trent University in 1984 and joined John German qualifying in 1989 and being made a partner with John German in the same year. Aidan is very well known in the town having practiced consistently as an Estate Agent/Chartered Surveyor for well over 20 years, his experience unrivalled by any other Estate Agent. Aidan has a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with all aspects of residential property matters as well as New Homes, Planning and Development. Aidan has also trained as an Auctioneer and hopes that in future this could be an alternative way to selling your property. Aidan has been a resident in the town for almost all of his working life and is very active within the local community.

 

Mel
After finishing College Mel joined the Cheltenham & Gloucester Building Society before joining Estate Agency. Mel has worked with Your Move, Haart and John German and has spent the last year working for David Wilson Homes. She is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and recently qualified (Feb. 2006) with the Certificate of Practice of Estate Agency. She has a passion for property which combines with her professional, pro active approach to selling and has an excellent knowledge of the immediate area having lived locally all her life

 

Richard
Richard has lived locally all his life and has enjoyed a local education and upbringing. Upon leaving college Richard commenced his career in Estate Agency over 5 years ago, firstly with Nicholas J Humphreys valuing in Charnwood, Derby and Burton on Trent. He then gained experience in the corporate sector with Haart before being asked by Aidan to join Aidan J Reed Estate Agents as residential valuer. Richard brings with him a wealth of experience valuing property in all price ranges throughout the local area, and looks forward to working with Aidan to establish our place in the town as a leading agent. Richard is currently working to gain the technical award and membership to the NAEA – so watch this space!

 

Helen
Helen started her career at Derbyshire Building Society, then moved into Estate Agency. She has worked for the last 20 years for a number of Independent Estate Agents and chartered surveyors in the area, with a wealth of experience in all aspects of Residential and country sales & Financial services. Helens expertise and with all clients particularly in the village and country market. Helen joins us as a Senior negotiator to help drive Aidan J Reed forward as one of Loughborough’s leading Estate Agents.

 

Pat 

Pat has over 30 years experience in property, having lived and worked for all this time locally. She worked as a Conveyancing Secretary with Straw & Pearce, Bird Wilford & Sale and Moss Solicitors covering a period of 14 years. Pat then worked at John German with Aidan from 1987/1994 firstly as a weekend Negotiator and then as a Secretary/Negotiator. Since then Pat has worked in Leicester for a firm of Chartered Surveyors and as a Paralegal with a firm of Solicitors. Pat has done every job in the business and provides excellent Admin/Secretarial skills to the Team.


 Alison Ba Hons
Having lived locally all her life, Alison recently graduated from Leicester business school, De Montfort university where she gained her degree in business studies, specialising in marketing. She has become a superb asset to Aidan J Reed with her enthusiastic approach and experience working in Investments at Loughborough Building Society and at John German Estate Agents and chartered surveyors. Alison looks forward to continuing Aidan J Reed’s success in the town and providing an excellent sales service through her knowledge of the area.
