(BA MARLA) graduated from Newcastle University in 1996 and began work in the lettings industry in 1999. Prior to joining Aidan J Reed James founded the lettings division for the Harrison Murray Group in Leicester. James founded the lettings division for Aidan J Reed in 2006. James has lived in Loughborough for a number of years and, as a qualified member of ARLA, brings immense experience to Aidan J Reed's expanding business.

has been with Aidan J Reed for three years having previously been with Countrywide Lettings in Loughborough, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge of the local lettings market place. As an established lettings professional and qualified member of ARLA, Hannah is relishing the opportunity to continue serving her existing landlord and client base as well as the growing portfolio of Aidan J Reed.

has worked in the lettings industry for over the last 15 years having originally worked for Halifax Property Services in Leicester, she worked her way up to Lettings Manager and then joined John German in Loughborough in 2000 working in John German Drovers as their Office Manager. In 2005 Clare ran her own Inventory Company preparing inventories for a number of local Letting Agents and whilst this was very successful Clare missed the buzz of the working environment and therefore was attracted to a position at Aidan J Reed in Lettings and joined us in 2007 as a Property Manager.

previously worked with James Etty, Managing Partner when he was at Harrison Murray in Leicester and joined Aidan J Reed over the last 12 months to head up the Accounts Department to be able to provide an efficient pick up to the management team as Aidan J Reed’s management book has grown over the last 18 months particularly with the acquisition of Hetterleys Management Book in August 2008.

joined Aidan J Reed in the Spring of 2009 to provide a further arm to the team with a particular focus on the lettings side having been with IMS in Derby for 3 to 4 years, one of Derby’s lettings and management business’ therefore augments the existing team providing a very pro-active approach to ever improving the quality and speed of lettings. Steph has a family and lives locally and has an excellent knowledge of the property market in the East Midlands area.

has been involved in the residential property market since 2002 having worked both in residential sales and lettings formerly with William H Brown in Birstall. He has been part of the Aidan J Reed team since March 2008 and provides, with his sales background, a very positive pro-active approach to lettings. Christian is currently studying for his ARLA qualification having also obtained in 2008 his MNAEA.

has recently joined the Aidan J Reed Lettings team having previously worked for Hetterleys Letting Agents. Having lived and worked in the village of Barrow with great associations to the area she brings to the team an immense amount of knowledge and experience over many years in the industry and provides Aidan J Reed Letting with day to day contact for property maintenance matters ensuring the smooth running of the property management side of the business.

joined us from Frank Innes Lettings in Loughborough bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience of the local lettings market. Claire has over 5 years experience as a lettings professional and provides Aidan J Reed Lettings with a very organized and pro-active approach to lettings.

joins Aidan J Reed Lettings to work in the Accounts department assisting Jenny with facilitating rent payments and providing landlords with rent statements. Angela is also involved within property management advising landlords on correct procedures.
