(BA MARLA) graduated from Newcastle University in 1996 and began work in the lettings industry in 1999. Prior to joining Aidan J Reed James founded the lettings division for the Harrison Murray Group in Leicester. James founded the lettings division for Aidan J Reed in 2006. James has lived in the Loughborough area for a number of years and, as a qualified member of ARLA, brings immense experience and knowledge of the industry to Aidan J Reed's expanding business.

(MARLA) has worked with Aidan J Reed since 2006 having previously been with Frank Innes Lettings in Loughborough. Hannah originally joined Aidan J Reed as a Negotiator and has worked her way up the ladder to become Branch Manager. Hannah is an established lettings professional, qualified member of ARLA and has a wealth of knowledge of the local lettings market place.

(MARLA) has worked in the lettings industry since 1994. Clare originally worked for Halifax Property Services in Leicester working her way up to Lettings Manager. She then joined John German in Loughborough in 2000 working for John German Drovers as their Office Manager. In 2005 Clare ran her own Inventory Company preparing inventories for a number of local Letting Agents and whilst this was very successful Clare missed the buzz of the working environment and therefore was attracted to a position at Aidan J Reed in Lettings and joined us in 2007 as a Property Manager. Clare is also a member of the Association of Professional Inventory Providers.

(MARLA) has been involved in the residential property market since 2002 having worked both in residential sales and lettings formerly with William H Brown. He has been part of the Aidan J Reed team since March 2008 and provides, with his sales background, a very positive pro-active approach to lettings. As well as being a member of ARLA Christian has also been member of NAEA since 2008.

(MARLA) joined Aidan J Reed from Frank Innes Lettings in Loughborough in 2009. Claire has over 7 years experience as a lettings professional and provides Aidan J Reed with a very organised and pro-active approach to lettings. Claire along with all of the lettings team is also a qualified member of ARLA.

(BA Hons MARLA) joined Aidan J Reed in 2009 to provide a sales focus to the team having been with IMS in Derby for 4 years, one of Derby's leading lettings businesses. Steph compliments the existing lettings team providing a very pro-active approach to ever improving the quality and speed of lettings. Steph lives locally and has an excellent knowledge of the property market in the East Midlands area.

previously worked with James Etty, Managing Partner when he was at Harrison Murray in Leicester and joined Aidan J Reed in 2008 to head up the Accounts Department. Jenny provides a very efficient service in ensuring landlords receive their rent as soon as possible. Jenny do it now attitude has proved valuable for landlords over the years particularly with the acquisition of Hetterleys Management Book in August 2008.

joined Aidan J Reed having previously worked for Hetterleys Letting Agents. Having lived and worked in the village of Barrow upon Soar Becca has immense local knowledge. Becca's experience over many years working within the industry provides client's and tenants with efficient responses to day to day property maintenance matters ensuring the smooth running of the property management side of the business.

joined Aidan J Reed in early 2010 working in the Accounts department assisting Jenny with facilitating rent payments and providing landlords with rent statements. Angela is also involved within property management advising landlords on correct procedures

previously worked for Sinclair's and joined Aidan J Reed in 2011 to provide an efficient and effective checkout service to both clients and tenants. Tricia's speed and effectiveness at dealing with any issues at the end of a tenancy has assisted the property management side of the business in becoming more proficient.
