(BA) is Managing Partner of Aidan J Reed Student Lettings. After graduating from The University of Plymouth, he worked as a consultant to Aidan J Reed. As well as lettings, Chris has dealt with many property related areas including sales and auctioning and has an in depth knowledge of the buy to let investment market. He is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor able to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's).

(BSc FARLA) Ian has 20 Years experience in property and has a degree in Estate Management gained at Nottingham Trent University. Ian has worked with both independent and corporate agents including Halifax Property Services and John German. For the last 10 years Ian was formerly with Countrywide as a Senior Manager, Surveyor and Area Investment Manager where he headed up the management of property portfolios for both individual and blue chip investment clients both locally and throughout the UK. Ian has experience in both residential and commercial property to include property management, agency and valuation and brings further experience to the Aidan J Reed expanding business. Ian hopes to become a member of the RICS in 2010.

joined Aidan J Reed Lettings in January 2007 having previously worked for Hutchins & Butlin Property Services with experience in both the student and professional lettings market. Emma combines her work life with an active family life. Emma moved to our new Student lettings office on Ashby Road in June and forms a very focused part of the lettings team sharing in the growth and success of Aidan J Reed Lettings.

(BA) joined Aidan J Reed Student Lettings when the business was formed. Having graduated from Leicester University in 2005, Colette later moved to Leeds where she began her career in student lettings. Now with a considerable degree of experience within this specific area, Colette is an integral member of the lettings business with operational involvement in all areas of Aidan J Reed Student Lettings business.
