Our team at Aidan J Reed have vast experience in the management of long leasehold residential and commercial property to include purpose built flats, converted houses and halls of residence. We can act on behalf of Freeholders and Residents Management Companies alike.

We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the National Association of Estate Agents as well as being part of the Ombudsmen scheme.

Upon instruction, the services we provide are:

· Collection of ground rents.

· Collection of service charges.

· Recovery of arrears.

· Planned and reactive maintenance.

· Overseeing building works.

· Organising building insurance to include claims handling.

· Arranging gardeners, cleaners and day to day management activities.

· Regular site visits.
