Lettings Success in 4th Quarter 2009 !

“Hannah Bocock, Branch Manager is delighted to announce record lets over the fourth quarter of 2009 with over 170 properties let over this quarter with one of the strongest Decembers seen in recent years.  Hannah adds that even though properties were selling over the latter few months of the year Lettings were also very successful which is a good indication for the overall demand for people actually moving home!!

We are hopeful that 2010 will continue in the same way. Whilst January can sometimes be a slow start to the year the momentum from the fourth quarter of 2009 has continued and we have already let 8 properties in the first week of January despite the snow and ice!!.”
