I sold my house through Aidan J Reed and Andrew Johnson in June 2010 and write these brief notes to summarise my wholly positive experience.

I was first impressed by the fact that, on the valuation visit, Andrew Johnson treated my house as an individual property with its own pluses ( and one or two minuses!) rather than arriving with pre conceived ideas of its value for a house of its type and age . I did not feel this was the case with others .

I was able to edit and amend the literature produced and, once on the market, was kept well informed by Jackie and the team about interest and viewings . After each viewing I was always given feedback whether good , bad of indifferent. Before too long serious interest was being expressed and even offers were made and I was provided with sound advice about whether such interested people were sufficiently well placed to proceed.

Only two months or so after going on the market , an accepptable offer was made by a couple able to proceed. Once agian, the team helped me through the stage to completion providing valued advice on timing and reassurance when minor problems were encountered .

Based on my experience throughout the process I would have no reservation in recommending their professional services.
