‘Tenants should only use ARLA RICS or NALS Agents’ –   Shapps tell Tenants

James Etty BA MARLA Managing Partner of Aidan J Reed Lettings, endorsed the Housing Minister Grant Shapps’s statement of Monday 13th September indicating that prospective Tenants should only use ARLA, RICS or NALS agents.

We are accredited with all three professional bodies which provide both protection for both Tenants and Landlords alike. 

In addition Grant Shapps says in his recent statement, “I want to join with them in urging anyone looking for rented accommodation to protect themselves and their deposits by using Agents belonging to accreditation schemes such as those run by The Association of Professional Letting Agents, The National Association of Lettings Scheme and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS, NALS, ARLA)”.
